Delivery Information

At GBSTORE, we aim to make getting your appliance as simple and stress-free as possible. Whether you're buying a washing machine, coffee maker, or fridge. We offer flexible delivery options across the area.

Delivery Options

Local Delivery Available
We deliver most items directly to your home, apartment, or office. Delivery is usually arranged within 1–2.

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary depending on your location and the size of the item. We’ll confirm the exact cost when you contact us to reserve your product.

Pickup Option
Prefer to collect it yourself? You’re welcome to pick up your order from our location. We’ll send pickup details once your order is confirmed.

Delivery Process

Contact us via WhatsApp or phone to arrange delivery.
We'll confirm delivery time, location, and fee.
Your item will be delivered clean, tested, and ready to use.
We'll help with basic placement, but installation is not included.


Please make sure someone is available to receive the item at the time of delivery.
Delivery is curbside or to the door. If you need help moving the item inside, let us know in advance.

We do not ship outside the UAE or internationally.

Return & Exchange Policy

At GBSTORE, we stand behind the quality and functionality of every item we sell. Because our products are preowned, we follow a clear and fair return policy to protect both our customers and our business.


Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of pickup or delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were sold i.e. clean, undamaged, and with all original parts/accessories.

No returns will be accepted after 3 days unless there's a verified functional issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Items that were damaged after purchase due to misuse, drops, or improper installation.

Products returned in a different condition than sold.

Clearance or “Final Sale” items (clearly marked at the time of sale)


Faulty or Non-Working Items

If your appliance stops working within 3 days of purchase, please contact us immediately.

We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue and item availability.

Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation message) is required.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued after we inspect and confirm the returned item is eligible.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (cash or bank transfer).
