Yes. Every appliance is tested for basic functionality before it is listed. We check that it powers on, performs key functions, and is safe to use. If there are any issues or cosmetic flaws, we clearly mention them in the product description.
Most items come with a basic 48-hour check period after purchase. If something stops working within that time, contact us immediately. We do not offer long-term warranties, but we are fair and will do our best to help if something goes wrong right away.
Yes. Local delivery is available depending on your location. You can also choose to pick up the product yourself. We’ll provide full address and timing once the order is confirmed.
Simple. Just send us a message on WhatsApp with the product name or screenshot. We’ll confirm availability and hold the item for you until pickup or delivery is arranged.
We accept cash in person and online bank transfer.
Cash is preferred and can be paid at the time of pickup or delivery.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the payment must be completed before delivery. If the sale does not go through for any reason, the payment will be fully refunded.
We keep the process simple and transparent, just like the rest of our service.
